This is the route that always works. A person reads it and you will have a reply within one business day, Monday to Friday. We are on Brussels time (CET/CEST), so if you write from the US in the afternoon the answer usually lands overnight.
We do not run a phone line. Two people cannot answer phones and pack orders at the same time, and we would rather answer your email properly than half-answer a call.
What to include
For anything about an existing order, send your order number and we can look it up immediately. For a return, a photo helps if something arrived damaged.

Orders are dispatched from our fulfilment partner in China. That is the shipping origin, not the seller — the seller of record is the company named above, and that is who your contract is with.
