How long before it leaves

Your order is picked and packed within 2 to 5 business days.

How long it travels

Once it ships, transit to the United States is about 8 days. Together that means most orders arrive 10 to 15 days after you place them.

We would rather tell you that plainly than quote a single flattering number and have you wondering on day nine.

What it costs

• $5.95 flat, anywhere in the United States
• Free once your order reaches $50

The threshold is on the order total after any discount, which is how it is calculated at checkout too.

Where it ships from

Our bags are produced and dispatched by our fulfilment partner in China. We are not going to bury that at the bottom of a page. It is why shipping takes a week and a half rather than two days, and it is also why a bag that looks like a $300 bag costs $45 here.

Where we ship to

The United States. That is it for now. If you are outside the US, the checkout will tell you rather than taking your money and leaving you to find out.

Tracking

You get a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is scanned by the carrier. That is usually a few days after your order confirmation, not the same day — see Track your order for why the gap exists.

Orders with more than one item

If you order more than one bag, or a bag and a wallet, they may travel in separate parcels and arrive on different days. Nothing has gone wrong. Each parcel gets its own tracking link.

Customs and duties

Any import duties, tariffs or taxes charged on arrival are the responsibility of the person receiving the parcel. Rules for goods entering the US from China have changed in recent years, so if you are ordering a higher-value bag it is worth knowing this is possible.
