Who you are buying from

This store is operated from Belgium. "We" and "us" below mean the company that runs it. Contact: Contact@baggg.shop. [To complete before the store opens: registered company name, registered address, and Belgian company number (KBO/BCE).]

Goods are dispatched by our fulfilment partner in China. That partner is not the seller. Your contract is with the company named above.

When the contract starts

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email, not at the moment your card is charged. If we cannot fulfil an order — a product is out of stock, or the price shown was clearly wrong — we will tell you and refund you in full.

Prices and payment

All prices are in US dollars and include no import duties. Shipping is added at checkout: $5.95, or free over $50.

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Card details are handled by our payment provider and never reach us.

Any import duties or taxes charged on arrival are payable by the person receiving the parcel.

Delivery and returns

Delivery times and costs are on the Shipping page. Your return rights are on the Returns page. Both form part of these terms; we have not restated them here so that there is only ever one version to keep accurate.

What our products are

Bags and small leather goods for everyday personal use. Where a product is described as vegan leather, that means polyurethane, not animal hide. Materials are stated on each product page.

Our bags are not made for carrying loads beyond normal personal items, and are not safety equipment. Colours may vary slightly between screens.

Liability

We are responsible for delivering goods that match their description and are of satisfactory quality. If we get that wrong, we will repair, replace or refund.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profit or lost time.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or under mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence.

Your statutory rights

If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK, you have a statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery, on top of our own returns policy. If you are a consumer elsewhere, including the United States, the mandatory consumer protection rules of your state or country apply regardless of what this page says.

Law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Belgian law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country you live in, and you may bring proceedings in your own courts.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you ordered.
