Questions we get

When will my bag arrive?

Ten to fifteen days, in two parts: 2 to 5 business days to pick and pack, then about 8 days in transit. Full detail on the Shipping page.

Where do you ship from?

China. Our bags are produced and dispatched by our fulfilment partner there. That is the honest answer to why delivery takes a week and a half instead of two days — and a large part of why a bag that looks like it costs $300 costs $45 here.

Can I return it?

Yes, within 14 days of delivery, unused and with tags on. You arrange and pay the return postage. If the bag turns up damaged or wrong, we pay. See Returns.

Is it real leather?

No, and we never call it that. What reads as leather in our photos is vegan leather — polyurethane. It looks and wears like the bags it is modelled on, and calling it anything else would be a lie. Nylon, canvas, corduroy, straw and woven styles are labelled as what they are on each product page.

Why is one bag $45 and another $99?

Because they cost us very different amounts to make and land. Five bags are genuinely expensive to produce — IRIS, SELLE, SOFIA, TRESSE and RENA — and each has a "why is this one more?" explainer on its own page rather than a shrug.

Will the colour match the photo?

Every one of our 203 colour variants has its own photograph — you are looking at that exact colour, not a swatch dropped onto one photo. Screens still differ, but we are not showing you a black bag and calling it olive.

How do I track it?

A tracking link arrives by email once the carrier scans your parcel, which is a few days after your confirmation email. Track your order explains the gap.
